China International Import Expo

About the programme

This catalogue was produced by the International Trade Centre (ITC) as part of its support to organize the participation of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) from 50 developing and least developed countries (LDCs) in the China International Import Expo (CIIE), held in Shanghai, China, from 5–10 November 2026.

This initiative aims to provide MSMEs with a unique opportunity to showcase their products and services in China—now the world's second-largest consumer and importing market—while helping them better understand Chinese market requirements and establish new business connections.

The participation of MSMEs in CIIE is supported by ITC under the following projects:

"Trade Promotion between China and Other Developing Countries along the Belt and Road Initiative", funded by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM)

"Trade in Services Programme", funded by MOFCOM

"Africa: Digital innovation accelerator for African SMEs", funded by the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA)

"Enhancing business opportunities for SMEs of Lao PDR in China", funded by the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Sub-Fund under the UN Peace And Development Fund

the MSMEs benefited from the "Seminar of the Business Study Tour for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises of Belt and Road Developing Countries to China" and "the Seminar about Capacity Building of WTO E-commerce Negotiations", implemented by the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO) under MOFCOM.

The China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-products (CFNA) also contributed to facilitating MSME participation and supporting business matchmaking for the companies featured in this catalogue.
